This agreement is made between Nikki Collins, William Eggert/ Hudson Creek Outpost, LLC and our employees (Trainer) and_____________________________________________(Owner),
owner of the horse herein described. Trainer agrees to board and train said horse beginning on ________________________________2007
FEE:
Horse
Boarding: $10.00 per day
Horse Training: $100.00 per week / partial week billed at $25.00 per day
Total
training and boarding fee: $700.00 monthly
Veternarian/Medicines and Farrier services are not included.(Will be
billed when services rendered)
All boarding and training fees are
due in advance on the 1st day of each month. If paid after the 5th a $50.00 late fee will apply. All extra's will be billed
immediately.
This contract is for month to month. Included in fees
above is hay, grain, daily cleaning of stall, training time ( no less than 5 days per week), and daily turn out.

RIGHT OF LIEN:
Trainer
has the right of lien as set forth in the law of the State of Kentucky for the amount due for board, training and any extras
and shall have the right, without process of law, to retain said horse until the indebtedness is satisfactorily paid in full.
It payment is not recieved within 4 months trainer will have right to sell said horse for the money owed.

STANDARD OF CARE:
Trainer
agrees to provide normal and reasonable care to maintain the health and well being of said horse. Care and services NOT included
in the fee are: Vet, Farrier, de-worming, vaccinations , meds and fly- repellant. Durning winter you must provide a blanket
labled with your horses name.

EMERGENCY CARE:
If emergency
treatment is needed, Trainer will attempt to contact Ownerbut in the event Owner can't be reached, the Trainer has the authority
to secure emergency veterinary care and or farrier care. Owner is responsible to pay all costs relating to care. Trainer is
authorized as the Owner's agent to arrange billing.

RISK OF LOSS:
While
horse is boarded and trained at Trainer's, Trainer shall not be liable for any injury, sickness, death, or theft suffered
by the horse or any other cause of action arising from or connecting to the boarding of the horse. Owner fully understands
that Trainer provides No insurance to cover horse. Owmer may purchase insurance on their own for mortality,theft, accidental
injury by contacting an Equine insurance agent. Owner agrees to hold Trainer harmless form any loss or injury to said horse.
ALL COSTS, NO MATTER HOW CATASTROPHIC, CONNECTED WITH BOARDING , TRAINING OR FOR ANY OTHER REASON FOR WHICH THE HORSE IN ON
THE PREMISES OF TRAINER, ARE TO BE BORNE BY OWNER.

TERMINATION:
THIS
CONTRACT MAY BE TERMINATED AT ANY TIME BY SAID TRAINER. OWNER WILL GIVE TRAINER 30 DAY NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF CONTRACT.
